We are pleased to announce the joining of Berenato & White, LLC and Calderon Safran & Wright P.C. effective October 1, 2022. The firm will continue under the name Calderon Safran & Wright P.C.
Berenato & White and Calderon Safran & Wright are boutique intellectual property firms located in the Washington, DC area near the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. The firms provide a complete range of IP services, including IP evaluation, patent and trademark application filings, and associated prosecution, in addition to enforcement and defense of all IP rights.
The combination will enhance the resources and capabilities we offer our clients including Inter partes review and appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), trademark oppositions and cancellations, with enhanced chemical and biological capabilities, computer software, and hardware, and electrical technologies to name just a few. The firm will now be able to increase the scope of services that we provide for clients and will allow us to better serve their IP needs expeditiously due to the increase in the number of patent professionals, increased international capabilities, and overall experience of our team.
